At SOKURO, every piece is made and shipped with utmost care. Our products are often made-to-order, limited edition, or custom-printed, which means we cannot reuse or resell returned items.

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.


1. No Returns or Exchanges (For Now)

We’re a growing independent brand, and we’re currently not offering returns or exchanges.
This helps us maintain sustainable operations and fair pricing.

But we hear you — as we scale, build more inventory, and expand operations, we plan to introduce returns/exchanges in the future.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number,

  • Clear images/videos of the product, and

  • A short note describing the issue.

3. Custom and Limited Edition Items

Because most of our items are custom-made or produced in limited runs, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as we begin processing immediately.

We’re committed to evolving. As we grow, we’ll introduce a flexible return/exchange policy so you can shop with even more confidence.

Thank you for shopping with SOKURO. We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our detailed shipping policy below to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed during high-demand periods (new drops, sales, or launches) may require additional processing time.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship worldwide 🌍, including UAE, India, USA, UK, Canada, and most other international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, contact us via email or Instagram — we’ll try to arrange a custom shipping solution.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Rates depend on your location, order weight, and selected courier.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international shipments) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by customs authorities in your country.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UAE Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
    (Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier backlog, or weather conditions.)

We strive to meet these timelines, but they are estimates, not guarantees.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you face tracking issues or delays, feel free to contact us with your Order Number.


6. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
SOKURO is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We partner with trusted courier services. However, once your package leaves our facility, it’s beyond our direct control.
If your order is significantly delayed or marked as lost by the courier, contact us — we’ll help you reach a resolution wherever possible.
